Exhibition opening hours:
The exhibition opens at 12:00 on Monday, May 19, and will be open during the program’s hours. However, the exhibition will primarily be visited during lunch and fika breaks, as well as during the exhibition mingle on Monday evening.
Lunch for exhibitors:
Lunch will be served to all exhibitors at 11:30 each day in the exhibition area, so that you have time to eat before the participants arrive.
Included in the booth: 1 high table, 1 bar stool, 10A power strip
There are no partition walls between the booths, only markings on the floor. Along the walls of the venue, there are large windows.
The maximum height in the exhibition area of the conference room is 250 cm, while the maximum height in the lobby area is 300 cm.
