Cytology in head and neck update

Head and neck masses can have a wide range of etiologies, often overlapping due to the close proximity of various tissues in a confined anatomical space. The role of Fine-Needle Aspiration (FNA) in diagnosing these lesions has grown significantly, thanks to advancements in minimally invasive techniques and the increasing availability of ancillary diagnostic tests. In this presentation, I will discuss the current state of the art in the cytological evaluation of head and neck masses.
